The monograph Fundamentals of the Geography of Services consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, covering three chapters, issues related to such areas as definition, classification and features of services, measures and indicators used in research on services, quality of services, theoretical concepts of services, factors of development and localization of services, and financing of services have been considered. The empirical part of the book, which concerns mainly services in Poland, consists of six chapters, covering the history of the development of services in the world and in Poland, the ownership structure of services, the level, distribution and structure of services in Poland in 2019, services in the city space and e-services . The last chapter is a summary of the work.
